Arrive to a warm Scottish welcome, gather for a drinks reception whilst listening to the Highland Bagpipes being played. Staying at The 3* Royal Hotel which stands in the centre of town close to the harbour. Its central position makes it ideal for visiting the West Coast of Scotland as well as the Island of Mull. Built in 1895 the 3 Star AA awarded hotel offers traditional Scottish hospitality within quality modern surroundings, this hotel has a lift. The restaurant overlooks the Town Square, and provides an excellent selection of Scottish Fayre. Entertainment and Dancing with the Strathmore Ceilidh Band and the Legendry Torquil on the bagpipes – make sure you bring some tartan, after a full Highland Banquet. Excursions include the magical Isle of Mull, visiting Tobermory with its multi coloured houses circled around the beautiful harbour. Also to Seil Island and the Atlantic Bridge, the most northerly of the Slate Islands, then returning to Oban for free time to explore. To Lochgilphead, Loch Fyne & Inveraray. Staying at The 3* Winnock Hotel, on the pretty village green and is nestled in the centre of Drymen, on the east side of Loch Lomond. It is superbly situated for everyone to enjoy exploring the byways, lochs and beautiful rustic countryside as well as the cities of central Scotland. A warm and friendly welcome always awaits at the Winnock, which has been recently extensively refurbished and modernised to provide all the amenities and comfort required by the visitors, whilst retaining all the 18th century character of the original Inn. There is no lift at this hotel ground & first floor rooms.

Three course dinner with coffee, full Scottish breakfast, packed lunches, complimentary glass of wine with dinner, unlimited house brand drinks from the bar – available between 7.30pm – 10.30pm up to a maximum of £17.00 per day per person due to Scottish licensing laws, evening entertainment.
